   M GROUP SERVICES TAKES DELIVERY OF BESPOKE VANS

(MGSPFS) has taken delivery of 40 Volkswagen Transporter 4MOTION all-wheel drive vans fitted with a conversion by Bott Ltd.
The Transporters have
been equipped with a
bespoke new fit out design
by Bott Ltd, developed in collaboration with MGSPFS, which includes underfloor drawers and three Euro boxes for storing tools and equipment, as well as
a high-powered inverter kit and a non-slip plywood deck.
Also included is a ladder storage pocket, which will be fitted to match Magdalene’s required ladder specifications, along with a laptop holder, first aid bracket and hygiene system on the rear door.

    MITIE MAKES HUGE ELECTRIC VAUXHALL VAN ORDER

Mitie has ordered
655 electric Vivaro-e vans from Vauxhall.
The first Vivaro-e has already been delivered and takes Mitie to the landmark of 1,000 electric vehicles on its fleet.
Mitie ordered the 75kWh battery vans with a split of standard L1 and long L2 wheelbase versions. Capable
of up to 205 miles from a single charge, these Vivaro-e vans support up to 100kW rapid charging with an 80% charge taking just 45 minutes.

 Payload is up to 1226kg and the Vivaro-e can tow up to one tonne. The vans are also exempt from current congestion and ultra-low emissions charges, and it also has benefit-in-kind taxation at 60% of the standard van rate.

 MCGREGOR LOGISTICS TAKES ON NEW REEFERS
 McGregor Logistics has taken delivery of 10 new Schmitz Cargobull S.KO
COOL reefers to meet increasing work volumes.
The new trailers will run on multi-drop fresh and frozen work across the UK and internationally and are expected to cover up to 150,000kms a year.
They join McGregor Logistics’ existing fleet of 40 multi-temp units and 70 fixed roof curtainsider trailers – more than 70% manufactured by Schmitz Cargobull.
The box bodies are constructed using Schmitz Cargobull’s patented FERROPLAST technology – a high-quality expanded, closed-cell, polyurethane foam housed between steel skins. This technology ensures a complete vapour diffusion-tight surface, meaning each S.KO COOL trailer is energy efficient, hygienic, age- resistant and easy to repair.
