trailer automatically via remote control, making the process safer and quicker and helping operators to boost their efficiency.
JOST will also be showing its Modul E-Drive electronic landing gear, which is also part of the KKS system. This lowers the landing legs at the touch of a button, providing fleets with an alternative, safer and time-saving solution compared to the traditional manual process.
In addition, JOST will be showcasing the Edbro CS Ultra cylinder, which has been developed for 44-50t gross vehicle weight vehicles to provide a light cylinder solution and the Axle DCA Airmaster, which JOST claims is the only one in the world that stores compressed air for the brakes and air suspension in the axle housing.
Another company exhibiting new products at Tip-Ex and Tank-Ex is Aquarius IT, which will be demonstrating its ClockWatcher Elite software that provides processes, manages, analyses and reports on all aspects of driver and vehicle data.
ClockWatcher Elite gives operators one log in and dashboard to monitor and manage a range of variables, including vehicle defects, tachograph data, driver behaviour and time and attendance. Also included in the package is an electronic document management system.
In addition, ClockWatcher Elite integrates with Aquarius IT’s Asset Maintenance portal, which can help operators to manage assets that need regular inspections or maintenance such as vehicles and machinery.
